Through creativity everyone can add value

Corporate workshops for 1 to 250 people

How do Kormanworkshops work?

Under the guidance of Libor Korman, the participants in groups look how to look into

their corporate values and themes. Then using acrylic paint on large format canvases express these themes abstractly and creatively. Libor's experience in bringing to the forefront expressive and apstract thinking, combined with the group process of creation

on a large scale canvas, puts aside artistic skill and stimulates both the emotional and creative side of thinking. The result is a surprising peice of art which reignites each individuals once burried creative spirit. What's more by working as a team on large scale works, groups learn to work together towards common goals. In personal workshops work on paintings takes place one-on-one.

Why creativity is important for team development

Creativity fosters innovation and problem solving. Helps adaptability and supports a dynamic and more stimulating work environment. Creativity develops teamwork while giving individuals the opportunity to think outside the box. This all resulting in increased morale, which leads to a stronger sense of unity and camaraderie among team members.

How creativity enriches your personality

Creativity promotes personal growth. It refines curiosity and self-expression. It helps develop qualities such as openness and resilience. Creative endeavors often require introspection and self-awareness, helping to gain a deeper understanding of oneself.

It was amazing to see how our team of two hundred and twenty top salespeople created twenty five large format paintings in two hours that represented our corporate goals and plans. We were all blown away by this inspiring workshop with Libor and his team. We experienced a new dimension that stimulated other parts of our brain, team spirit, fun and excellent arrangements with perfectly thought out details including music, food etc.

The workshop "How to enrich and immortalize a company dinner?" involved our company in a non-violent way in the creative process, at the end of which a unique work of art was created. The common image thus became the image of the entire team. It was nice to see who is dominant, who is strategic, who is a perfectionist and who knows how to compromise. People had the opportunity to work on a task that is not common to their everyday work. It was fascinating to observe how, with the help and motivation of Libor, during our joint Christmas dinner, a Picture was created, thanks to which we will have lasting memories in our office.

The workshop was great and I was blown away by Libor's exceptional ability to impart knowledge and inspire participants. Thanks to his guidance, I not only improved my painting skills but also shifted my inner artistic self. My original profession is a text writer, but Libor's workshop gave me the opportunity to explore my visual creative side as well. Libor Korman knows how to combine different artistic disciplines and helps students discover their own creativity. His inspiring attitude and support are invaluable. If you are looking for an artistic guide that will not only advance you technically, but also inspire you, try Libor.

Who guides you through the workshop?
